Nancy Cibotti, M.D. Medical Director
Nancy Cibotti is a primary care physician with 19 years experience at the Bulfinch Medical Group of Massachusetts General Hospital, and faculty member of Harvard Medical School. After studying Biology at Harvard College, Nancy attended a combined medical program at Dartmouth Medical School (now Geisel School of Medicine) and Brown School of Medicine, and completed her primary care residency in 1995 at New York Hospital/Cornell Medical College. Her clinical interests include the management of chronic medical conditions, preventive care, sports medicine and women’s health. As an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical school, she has taught courses in history-taking and physical examination, and supervised residents in their ambulatory continuity clinics. During her tenure at MGH, she has been actively involved in initiatives to improve the delivery and coordination of care. As a member of Bulfinch Medical Group Board of Directors, she advised practice leaders on a variety of issues including patient communication, team management and practice design. Nancy lives in Newton, Massachusetts with her husband, two teenage boys.
Ravi Kavasery, M.D. Physician

Ravi was thrilled to join the team, and shares Iora Primary Care’s commitment to building a better primary care system that puts patients first. Ravi received his medical degree from the Yale School of Medicine and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine and Primary Care at Harvard Medical School’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital. When he’s not working, Ravi likes to spend his time cooking big meals for friends and family and hiking in the beautiful backcountry of New England. Ravi is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Heather Carroll Behavioral Health Specialist

Heather believes that caring for your emotions and mind are just as important to your health as diet and exercise. Heather enjoys assisting people as they navigate through challenges and obstacles in order to become a stronger person. As a licensed social worker and yoga instructor, Heather believes that our mind, body and spirit are interconnected and should be addressed by focusing on our innate strengths in order to obtain our goals. She has over 5 years of experience in counseling and recovery and earned her Masters in Social Work from Boston University.

Samuel Figaro Health Coach

Sam is  passionate about health coaching with a special interest in nutrition and fitness. He has many years experience in healthcare as a Medical Assistant, Outreach Specialist and Phlebotomist. Sam studied Healthcare Management at Ashworth College and is certified through the American Council of Exercise. “As a first generation Haitian American, I believe in a system that fully understands, appreciates and embraces diversity and culture sensitivity.” Sam also enjoys teaching and helping others to achieve a healthier life. As a weight loss champion himself, Sam has lost over 115 lbs and believes that helping others help him to maintain his lifestyle. Sam is bilingual in English and Haitian Creole.

Brendalys Rosario Health Coach

Brendalys was excited to join Iora Primary Care because she believes everybody deserves the best healthcare and a personalized experience. Before joining Iora, Brendalys spent over ten years providing case management and homeless services at the Long Island Shelter and Boston Health Care for the Homeless. She loves helping people and as a Health Coach, she is excited to help patients make plans to reach their wellness goals. In her spare time, Brendalys enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, and playing with her two dogs. Brendalys is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Kathleen Clevenger
Kathleen Clevenger, RN Clinical Team Manager

Kathleen was born and raised in Massachusetts and most recently lived in Alabama for 24 years where she raised her children. While working in a rural hospital emergency room in Alabama, Kathleen and her husband opened an ice cream shop in their Southern lake town of Guntersville. She retired as the ER Director in May 2014, to focus on the ice cream shop and shuffle her last two children into college!

Kathleen’s search for adventure brought her and her husband back to New England where they can be close to their family roots. She is passionate about ice cream, business adventures, caring for people and giving people the tools to help them care for themselves to live happy, healthier lives. She’s thrilled to be a part of the revolution of health care with Hartford Healthcare Health Center and to be close to her family again!
